When we first got together for a site visit with Caribe Royale, we were struck by their welcoming, down-home hospitality. In a few short days, their staff had learned our names—which made us feel like extra-special guests.
We later learned that this guest experience wasn’t a show put on just for us, but something that happened for every guest at Caribe. It was a level of service that was woven into their brand DNA. We used this touchpoint of their guest experience as an anchor to develop a new Caribe Royale tagline: We’re All Yours.
An accompanying advertising campaign focuses on Caribe’s outstanding team—some of whom had been working there for twenty years or longer—a real testament to their corporate culture that spills-over into everything that Caribe touches.
Each ad features a quick bio of a key staff member from the restaurant, housekeeping, event planning and beverage services, and paints the picture that the success of your stay depends on the exemplary job that a Caribe employee does every day.
